motoDNA’s Junior Road Racer Development Program, endorsed for MotoGP by Dorna, returned to the Australian MotoGP at Phillip Island with the next generation of Aussie racers networking in the MotoGP paddock.

The annual event is supported by Dorna and all the major teams, including Honda Racing Corporation, Yamaha Factory Racing, Ducati Corse, Pramac Ducati, Lucio Cecchinello Racing, MarcVDS, Intervetten, Aspar and Racing Team Germany.

In typical Australian tradition, the Juniors riders Joel Kelso, Hayden Spinks and Troy Geunther all come from a dirt track background and have made a positive transition to road racing.

Motorcycling Australia’s President Braxton Laine came along to check out motoDNA’s Junior Development and commented :

“Motorcycling in Australia is fortunate to have motoDNA driving Junior road racer development over the last few years. It’s very exciting to see motoDNA Juniors emerging onto the International stage at MotoGP, Red Bull Rookie’s and Asia Talent Cup trials.”

motoDNA CEO Mark McVeigh said, “motoDNA’s ethos is delivering skills and inspiration, enabling riders to realize their Motorcycling dreams. This is especially important with our juniors, and exposure to the MotoGP paddock, riders, teams and mechanics strengthen their motivation to compete at the highest level ”.
