Free for 30 days, motoDNA is a digital platform accessed through a subscription model.
100% data driven, using a GoPro on your motorbike, our software analyses your riding, grades your skills compared to thousands of other riders, then our algorithms teach you how to level up keeping you safe but still having fun. All this on a gamified rewards-based community platform.
V1 is now live and works in a controlled environment with the full open road version development underway.
Street riders via our life saving streetSKILLS 101 drills and track riders can use our Figure 8, Kart tracks or any full blown race-track.
The video, including the data, captured by the rider is uploaded into the motoDNA digital platform where purpose-built algorithms measure rider skill levels and then advise riders how to improve, step by step.
The results are then displayed through engaging data visualisations showing skill level, provide feedback on areas of focus and then enabling them to pit their results against other riders through leaderboards.
Bike & Mates
With motoDNA you can DIY with your own virtual riding coach. Just grab your bike and a bunch of mates for a fun and learning experience.
You also only need one GoPro, so you can share the camera with your mates as well, so everyone can take part. Remember, more skill = more fun and more rewards on our data driven platform.
GoPro HERO
GoPro HERO 7 + offer’s more than just video with great sensors producing awesome data for our motoDNA algorithms.
The action camera must be securely mounted to a static portion of the motorcycle, such as the tank or the rear seat. It cannot be mounted to your body, or any part connected to the steering. With the bike standing upright, the camera should be upright and straight.
The camera can face forwards or rearwards, useful to see the riders body position or the terrain ahead.
Riding Area
Our V1 software is designed to be used in a controlled environment for street and track riders.
Street riders via our life saving streetSKILLS 101 drills and track riders can use our Figure 8 (Great for kids too) Kart tracks or any full blown race-track.
You can quickly mark the streetSKILLS 101 or Figure 8 yourself with a tape measure and chalk. For more info head to our track setup page.
